why we love New Bristol
New Bristol Brewery have been happy brewing a wide range of beers, some traditional and some not so much, whilst quietly building up a loyal fanbase; shouting from the hilltops hasn't really been there thing. But now that Maria, partner of head brewer Noel, has taken over the creative and marketing side of the business, expect to see and hear a lot more about the brewery.
We love New Bristol for their unassuming modesty; great beers created without pretension or over-competitiveness. We love their new Bristol Brewery School, filling the education gap in the industry. And we love the fact that they have a wooden chalet in the middle of their brewery!
