why we love Lost and Grounded

Lost & Grounded were the first Bristol brewery whose reputation literally preceded it. Alex Troncoso’s experience with Little Creatures and Camden really whetted people’s appetite for what he was going to do next; Bristol has been very lucky indeed that Alex and Annie chose to do it in Bristol.

We love Lost & Grounded for their slightly more ethereal approach to things, with their otherworldly branding and beer names. Their dedication to producing perfect examples of modern German and Belgian styles of beer is both commendable and unlike any other current UK brewery.

“We came to Bristol in late 2014 and fell in love with the vibrant and creative atmosphere of the city, so much so that we founded our brewery on the other side of the world from where we hail. We are firm believers that Bristol can raise the bar and become the epicentre of creative brewing in Britain, and Bristol Beer Week is a fantastic showcase where our diverse brewers and the city’s kick ass venues collaborate to celebrate all things beer.”
