Fierce and Noble are brand new to the Bristol brewing scene, but if you’ve walked past their brewery, you certainly won’t have missed it! Bristol Beer Week offers a perfect opportunity to get acquainted with their beers and their brewery, as they’ll be opening the doors on Sunday afternoon for a post-roast chill out session.

Come and meet our head brewer, take a look around and try our beer. We’re currently fine-tuning our core range, including an American Pale Ale and a Black IPA.
Fierce & Noble are committed to brewing modern, seasonal beer, using traditional methods whilst forging their own independent path. With a core range including a hoppy session IPA, a dark & creamy black IPA and an American Pale Ale, and several collaborations lined up with local breweries, we’re really looking forward to being part of the Bristol brewing scene.
