Wild Beer Co are celebrating the release of the 2017 version of Brett Brett with a coordinated launch across 12 bars, including Wild Beer Wapping Wharf for Bristol Beer Week. If you’re a fan of funk, this’ll be the event for you.

Brett Brett is a West Coast Double IPA that has, unusually for this style, been loaded with Brettanomyces (or ‘Brett’ for short).

This wild yeast actually preserves hop character as well and, as it likes to hang around, it is still actively evolving the beer as it ages, producing a number of different flavor compounds.

The resulting beer is great fresh, but also ages particularly well.

The Bretted double IPA will be accompanied by a number of other Brett based beers to satisfy your taste for the farmyard.
