Think while you drink at GCHQ (part 1)

  • Good Chemistry Brewing William Street Bristol, BS2 0RG UK (map)

Good Chemistry love a bit of science, so they have lined up a programme of talks from the academics behind some of the most interesting beer-related research currently taking place.

Talk one
The Cultural Significance of the British Beer Renaissance
Dr Thomas Thurnell-Read from Loughborough University

Talk two
Craft Beer and Gender
Dr Neil Sutherland from UWE and Dr Scott Taylor from University of Birmingham

For more info on these speakers and their talks, visit Good Chemistry’s website

The bar will be open throughout from 5pm each day, so come down early for a pint before the first talks kick off at 6:30pm. After our speakers finish at 8:30pm, we’ll be manning the bar until 9pm to carry on the chat.
